Mobilized Peripheral Blood CD34+ Stem Cells, G-CSF + Plerixafor, Frozen

Mobilized Human Peripheral Blood CD34+ Stem Cells are isolated from donors injected with either 10μg/kg/day of G-CSF over 3 to 5 days and 240μg/kg/day of Plerixafor® the day before collection. Mobilized CD34+ stem cells are enriched using immunomagnetic anti-CD34 (clone QBEND10) microbeads from mobilized peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Isolated primary cells are characterized by flow cytometry to ensure a highly pure and viable cell population.
Cells were obtained using Institutional Review Board (IRB) approved consent forms and protocols.
