Mobilized Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells, G-CSF + Plerixafor, Frozen

Mobilized Human Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (MNCs) are isolated from donors injected with either 10μg/kg/day of G-CSF over 3 to 5 days and 240μg/kg of Plerixafor® the day before collection. Isolated MNCs are characterized by flow cytometry to ensure a highly enriched and viable cell population.
Cells were obtained using Institutional Review Board (IRB) approved consent forms and protocols.
