Mobilized Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells, G-CSF, Fresh

Mobilized Human Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (MNCs) are isolated from donors injected with 10μg/kg/day of G-CSF over 3 to 5 days. Isolated MNCs are characterized by flow cytometry to ensure a highly enriched and viable cell population.
Cells were obtained using Institutional Review Board (IRB) approved consent forms and protocols.
