Clinical Grade Non-Transfusable Bone Marrow CD271+ Cells, Frozen
CD271, also known as low-affinity nerve growth factor (LNGFR), is expressed on mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) in the bone marrow.
CD271+ cells are selected from bone marrow mononuclear cells using CD271 immunomagnetic beads. CD271+ cells are characterized by flow cytometry before cryopreservation to ensure a highly pure and viable cell population.
Cells were obtained using Institutional Review Board (IRB) approved consent forms and protocols. All reagents and devices used in the collection and separation process are certified clinical grade. This item is for research use only.
